Mindful Mending is now hiring for both part-time and full-time clinician positions! Here’s what you need to know:
Part-Time Clinician Requirements
Availability: Must be available for 25 hours per week
Session Expectations: Maintain an average of 20 client sessions per week or 80 sessions per month
Licensure: Hold an active, unrestricted LCSW license in the State of Kentucky
Full-Time Clinician Requirements
Availability: Must be available for 30 hours per week
Session Expectations: Maintain an average of 23-25 client sessions per week or 100 sessions per month
Licensure: Hold an active, unrestricted LCSW license OR an active CSW license in the State of Kentucky
General Requirements
Specialization: An interest in working with children, trauma work, or both.
Education: Master’s degree in social work
Licensure: Active, unrestricted LCSW license OR active CSW license in the State of Kentucky
Schedule: Available 25 hours (part-time) or 30 hours (full-time). Employees are required to work 6 hours a week starting at 4 PM or later on weeknights or one weekend shift (6 hours) to meet client needs
Experience: At least 1 year of experience post-unrestricted licensure (for fully licensed clinicians)
Commitment: Aligned with anti-racist, anti-oppression, and social justice principles
Culture: Desire to be part of a positive, values-driven work community
What We Offer
Competitive Pay: For full-time employees, we offer a competitive salary starting at $50,000 annually or a flat rate beginning at $40 per clinical hour. Pay is determined based on licensure level and professional experience.
